Purpose of the vehicle entry disc :
汽车停泊准证贴纸的目的:

1. To prevent unauthorized vehicles from entering the Church premises.
   确保未经授权的车辆不得擅自进入教会范围。
2. To enable the Church to identify the owner of a vehicle in case of an emergency.
   如遇紧急情况，方便教会辨认车辆及联络车主。

1. The vehicle entry disc may be applied for by All regular attendees of FGCJB.
   以下人士可申请汽车停泊准证贴纸经常出席新山全备福音教会聚会的所有会友。

Rules when driving within Church :
教会范围内车辆管理守则 ：

1. Please drive carefully within the Church premises and observe the speed limit of 20 km/h.
   请在教会范围内谨慎驾驶，并遵守每小时 20 公里 的车速限制。
2. Driving practice is strictly prohibited, including by holders of an "L" licence. Driving without a valid driving licence is also strictly prohibited.
   严禁在教会范围内练习驾驶，包括持有 「L」驾照 者；任何无有效驾照人士亦不得驾驶车辆进入教会范围。
3. Please park only in designated parking bays.
   请将车辆停放于指定停车位。
4. Improper or unauthorized parking may be recorded and appropriate action will be taken.
   若违规或随意停放车辆，教会将记录有关情况，并采取适当处理措施。
5. The first Vehicle Entry Disc is issued free of charge. A replacement fee of RM5 will be charged for any lost or replacement disc.
   首张汽车停泊准证贴纸免费发出。如遗失或需更换，每张须缴付 RM5 行政费。
6. Please follow the instructions of the Church wardens and traffic marshals at all times.
   请配合并遵从教会管理员及交通指挥员的指示。
7. Overnight or long-term parking is not permitted unless prior approval has been obtained from the Church Administration Department.
   除非事先获得教会行政部批准，否则不得将车辆过夜或长期停放于教会范围内。
8. No vehicles are permitted to enter the Church premises between 11:00 PM and 6:30 AM, including vehicles displaying a valid FGCJB Vehicle Entry Disc.
   晚上 11:00 至翌日清晨 6:30 期间，所有车辆一律不得进入教会范围，包括已持有教会汽车停泊准证贴纸的车辆。
